Terms & Conditions

Effective date: 8 April 2026 · Operator contact: [email protected] · Website: https://glory-casino.promo/

1. Scope & acceptance (tc-scope)

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern access to and use of the website and services made available at glory-casino.promo (the "Site"), operated in connection with the Glory Casino brand. By registering an account, depositing funds, placing wagers, or otherwise using the Site, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Responsible Gaming information, and AML Policy, each as published on the Site. If you do not agree, you must not use the Site. We may update these Terms to reflect legal, regulatory, or operational changes; the effective date will be revised accordingly. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. For contractual notices and player support, contact [email protected].

2. Eligibility & account rules (tc-eligibility)

You may only use the Site if you are of legal gambling age in your jurisdiction and online gambling is lawful for you. You must provide accurate registration data and keep credentials secure. One account per person is permitted unless expressly authorised in writing. We may request identity verification (KYC) at any time and suspend or close accounts where information is false, incomplete, or indicative of fraud, collusion, bonus abuse, or circumvention of controls. You are responsible for all activity conducted through your credentials until you properly secure or close your account. Employees, agents, and affiliates must comply with internal policies and applicable advertising rules when promoting glory-casino.promo.

3. Bonuses, wagering & promotions (tc-bonus)

All bonuses (including welcome offers and codes such as PROMO100 where advertised) are subject to specific rules published at the time of claim: minimum deposit, maximum bet while wagering, eligible games, expiry, and forfeiture conditions. Bonuses are intended for recreational play; irregular betting patterns, hedging, use of multiple accounts, or automation may void winnings and lead to account closure. Unless stated otherwise, promotional credits are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are completed. Management decisions on bonus disputes are final except where mandatory consumer law provides otherwise. Questions on promotional integrity may be escalated via [email protected].

4. Payments, limits & chargebacks (tc-payments)

Deposits and withdrawals must be made using methods registered in your own name where required by policy and regulation. You agree not to initiate unjustified chargebacks or payment reversals. We may apply processing times, verification steps, and limits consistent with AML obligations and fraud prevention. Fees, FX differences, and third-party processor rules may apply as disclosed at the cashier. We reserve the right to withhold or void transactions connected to prohibited activity. Self-imposed limits and cooling-off tools, where available, form part of responsible gaming controls referenced on glory-casino.promo.

5. Liability, disputes & governing law (tc-law)

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site and services are provided "as is" without warranties of uninterrupted availability or error-free operation. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be limited under applicable law. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the operator against claims arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Site. Disputes should first be raised through customer support; unresolved matters may be subject to the dispute mechanism described in our policies and the governing law of the operator's licence, as applicable. Severability applies: if any clause is invalid, the remainder remains enforceable. These Terms constitute the entire agreement regarding the subject matter and supersede prior understandings.
